Gasunie/GTS's reaction to the NMa decision
Gasunie and GTS have received the Method Decisions which were published today by the NMa as the foundation for the regulation of gas transport tariffs. The first impression is that these Method Decisions will have a negative effect on our company income and that for this reason they represent a deterioration in comparison to the previous tariff regulation. The full impact has yet to be determined: the Method Decisions contain a complex package of rules and parameters which, when combined, determine the final impact of the new regulation. Gasunie and GTS will be studying the package thoroughly so that we can determine our position within the six-week period of appeal.
