GTS appeals against Method Decision regulator NMa
GTS has appealed against the Method Decision of Dutch regulator NMa. In this Method Decision conditions are determined regarding gas transport tariffs. Although GTS, like other parties, was not entirely content with the content of this Method Decision, it was hopeful other parties would refrain from any appeal. In that case GTS would not have appealed either. The market benefits from certainty and stability. Now VEMW (representing large energy users in the Netherlands) has decided to go to court, GTS cannot but enter an appeal as well, on those elements on which it considers the Method Decisions incorrect.
