Invitation to follow-up meetings NC TAR implementation in The Netherlands

31 Aug 2017

In the period April – July, as part of the implementation process of the European network code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas (NC TAR) in the Netherlands, Gasunie Transport Services (GTS) and the Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) jointly organised four stakeholder sessions. During these meetings, the principal elements and aspirations of NC TAR were explained. Also, GTS and ACM presented, for each implementation choice in NC TAR, possible solutions and discussed these with stakeholders.

During the summer months, GTS and ACM have jointly agreed on a follow-up process for NC TAR implementation. This has resulted in a three-step approach that must enable ACM to publish – for consultation – its draft implementation decision by 1 March 2018. In this letter, each of these steps are explained.

See letter below for more information about the agenda and registering for the meeting.
