Oversubscription and Buy Back

As of February 2014 GTS will apply Oversubscription and Buy back (as referred to in article 2.2.2 of Annex 1 to Regulation 715/2009) as the preferred mechanism to solve contractual congestion.

For this purpose GTS intends to apply Load Flow Commitments as one of the measures for buy back of capacity.

GTS will launch a tender for this in 2014. This Call for Information is intended to inform shippers about the setup of this measure, and also for GTS to receive back information from shippers.
