TSC 2022 is available
The TSC 2022, our general conditions for the transport of gas, has been established and has just been published on the GTS website. The TSC 2022 will take effect from January 1st, 2022.
This autumn, GTS consulted the draft TSC 2022 for four weeks. Two market parties have submitted a response to the consultation. Each party did receive an individual response from GTS.
Changes to the TSC
Following the consultation responses, the following changes have been made to appendix 1 and appendix 9 of the TSC:
- In appendix 1, network points 300003, 300075, 300795, 300885 and 301028 are removed because they have been terminated. The description of GOS 301572 is changed to RIJSENHOUT (PRIMA4GAS).
- In appendix 9, the text we proposed in the draft TSC is changed to a new, more clear, text. Article 3.9 of appendix 9 will be as follows: Only in case of a (re)start of a small field a shipper has the option to contract within day and day-ahead Non-SFA standard capacity products according to article 2.1.2 of the Transmission Code Gas TSO. These standard Non-SFA capacity products must be contracted via PRISMA. The conditions of Appendix 9 do not apply to these standard Non-SFA capacity products.
The main text and all other appendices have been adopted without changes to the draft TSC 2022.
You can find the changes we suggested in the draft TSC 2022 below, in the document ‘Changes to the TSC’.
