Newsletter GTS December 2016

Dear contact,

The year is coming to an end and the holiday season will start in a few weeks from now. This is a good moment to inform you about some shipper-related topics and developments. For the first time, we will be doing this through this newsletter.

We want to provide you with the best service possible, to inform you about the latest developments, enabling you to respond as efficiently as possible. For the same reason, we have, for example, renewed our website this year:, so that you can find your way more easily to the information you need.

Our customer satisfaction survey provides us with valuable input every year. To continue to improve our service, we have again asked you for your opinion this year, about what, according to you, we can improve on, what we should continue doing and what issues GTS should definitely consider next year. Many of you have made use of this possibility to give us feedback. The overall GTS appreciation rating in the survey was 8/10 this year, another  good rating. In addition, I am pleased to see that our Customer Desk, your point of contact for all types of questions, is highly appreciated.

We are always looking for ways to improve our service. At our last shippers meeting, we noticed a growing need for customers to speak to us personally, in the form of individual consultations. We are organising a shippers meeting on December 8, which will consist entirely of these consultations. If you or your organisation wants to make use of this opportunity, you are very welcome to attend this meeting. You can register until December 5 via our Customer Desk.
