Results survey: Customers make donation to Make-A-Wish possible

This year, the GTS Customer Satisfaction survey yielded a donation of €11,700 for the Make-A-Wish foundation. Karl Vogel, GTS Manager Customer Sales & Service, and René Schutte, Manager Projects Industry & Markets,  presented the cheque to Esther Schipper and Marten van der Molen of Make-A-wish the Netherlands on behalf of all shippers and connected parties who participated in the survey.

The reason for the donation was the annual GTS customer satisfaction survey. ‘The information we receive from our customers is valuable for us. It helps us to make a better match between our service and the needs of our customers,’ says Karl Vogel. ‘A high survey response rate is important, that is why we pledged to donate 100 Euro to the Make-A-Wish charity for each completed questionnaire. In this way, we can do our part and also increase the survey response rate. And it worked, because 117 customers completed the questionnaire.’ The survey showed that, amongst other things, our customers are generally satisfied with our Customer Desk, the nomination process and with operating and maintaining gas facilities. Gasport, letters and mailings are points for improvement.

The GTS services received a good 8/10 from the shippers; from the connected parties we received a 7.7/10. We are now looking to see how we can use the survey results to be of even better service to you. We will definitely come back to this at our shippers meeting in the spring of 2017.
