Publication requirements NC TAR
On 6 April 2017, the European Network Code on Harmonised Transmission Tariff Structures for Gas (NC TAR) entered into force.
Part of this network code is the requirement to publish the following information:
- Financial information and the tariffs per network point prior to the tariff period
- Information on standard capacity products for firm and interruptible capacity prior to the yearly capacity auction
The Dutch regulator, Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM), has implemented this requirement and issues a publication document.
