Neutral gas price (NGP)
The neutral gas price (NGP) is set out in Article 4.1.6.4 of the Transmission Code Gas TSB and is used, amongst other things, for settling offline allocations and billing for the Linepack Flexibility Service.
The NGP is determined on a daily basis as volume-weighted average price for all TTF contracts executed on the PEGAS trading platform of the EEX gas exchange during that day and the two days preceding the day of delivery.
