GTS reduces predictability of balancing actions

As announced in our June newsletter GTS intends to reduce the predictability of GTS balancing actions. GTS will therefore no longer be conducting a balancing action at a fixed time (exactly 21 minutes after the start of the hour), and instead do it at a random moment between between 21 and 22 minutes after the start of the hour.

As of 3 September 2020 06:00 all balancing actions will be carried out by this new method.
