Invitation to comment on the Interconnection Agreement between GTS B.V. and Fluxys Belgium N.V.
In accordance with Article 4 of the COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2015/703 of 30 April 2015 “Network Code on Interoperability and Data Exchange”, that describes the information obligations of the Transmission System Operators with regards to the conclusion or the amendment of an interconnection agreement, Grid Users are invited to comment on the proposed texts about the :
- Rules for the matching process
- Rules for the allocation of gas quantities
- Communication procedures in case of exceptional events
Grid Users may comment the proposed text between the 30th of October 2020 and the 27th of November 2020, via [email protected]. The Transmission System Operators shall take the Grid Users’ comments into account when concluding their interconnection agreement.
The amended interconnection agreement for H-gas Interconnection Points between Gasunie Transport Services B.V. and Fluxys Belgium N.V. is laid down, intended to become effective with the integration of Zelzate 2 into the Virtual Interconnection Point VIP BENE on January 1st 2021.
