Regulatory annual account GTS 2021

In accordance with Gas Act art 32, network operator GTS has to publish a regulatory annual account for the past calendar year, by 1 October 2022 at the latest.

The legal tasks allocated to GTS in this context are Transport, Balancing, Connections, Quality Conversion, Peak Supply and Services art 10a.1.p. Gas Act. The regulatory annual account 2021 is prepared in accordance with the principles used by GTS  to prepare the annual Financial Statements, subject to some exceptions. These exceptions are in accordance with the Afspraken Reguleringsdata (ARD) GTS 2022 and the amended Method Decision GTS 2017-2021.
