Start consultation addendum to the Investment Plan 2022

Your response will be taking into account before submitting a draft addendum to the ACM (i.e. the Dutch regulator) and the Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate for approval.

The investments in this draft addendum are divided into three categories:

1. adjustment of compression due to changed gas flows;
2. connection requests and investments for feed-in of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG); and
3. other investments that were already included in the IP2022 as a study and a takeover of a NAM pipeline so that the full send-out capacity of the Grijpskerk gas storage facility (which has been converted from H- to G-gas) can be used.

The consultation of the draft addendum will run from 19^th of April 2023 to 17^th of May 2023. In principle we will consider your written response to the addendum to be public, unless you indicate that your response should be treated confidentially.
