TSC 2021 is available

The TSC 2021, our general conditions for the transport of gas, has been established and has just been published on the GTS website. The TSC 2021 will take effect from January 1st, 2021.

This autumn, GTS consulted the concept TSC 2021 for four weeks. Three market parties have submitted a response to the consultation. Each party has received an individual response from GTS.

Changes to the TSC

Following the consultation responses, the following changes have been made to Appendix 1 of the TSC:

  • The EIC codes and description of the stations belonging to the connections to the extra high pressure networks to be integrated in the southwest of the Netherlands (including the ZEBRA pipeline) have been added.
  • The network point 301570 (RWE Moerdijk2) belonging to the same network to be integrated has been added.

The main text and all other appendices have been adopted without changes to the concept TSC 2021.You can find here the changes we suggested in the version we consulted on.
