Views on the draft method decision published on ACM website
On 31 August 2020, ACM published the draft method decision. This draft decision provides insight into the regulatory framework proposed for GTS for the 2022-2026 period and gives a preliminary indication of the allowed revenues over that period.
The stakeholders, i.e. GTS and representative bodies (organizations that represent our customers), had until the 12th of October 2020 to express their views on the draft decision. On the 5th of November ACM published all the received views on their website. ACM will take all these views into account establishing the final method decision.
The focus of GTS’ response to the draft decision is mainly on the benchmark score (the ‘static efficiency’). The benchmark score that ACM uses in its draft decision is 86.2%. This is too low in our opinion and disproportionate to the cost savings we have achieved over the last few years.
The final method decision is expected in February 2021.
